Bristol Charities has assumed the management of a number of other charities, including the Bristol & Anchor Almshouse Charity, Lady Haberfield's Almshouse Charity and the Beehive Centre.

Bristol Charities has worked with other charities facing problems in the future and, working closely with the trustees of those organisations, have enabled activities to continue.

In addition the organisation has advised other charities on various issues of governance.
